I requested a refund. How long will it take to process?

We process all refunds right away, but each bank is different on how long it will take to become available. On average from the day we process a refund, it could take anywhere from 2-8 business days.

Why do I have multiple charges on my credit card?

We treat each sale individually. So if you decided to purchase other products after the sale, they will reflect on your credit card individually.
